Update on Our Current Order Processing Times
We're incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support from the SwiftPaws community! 🐾
Due to an unusually high volume of orders, our current estimated delivery timeframe is 6–8 weeks.
Unlike many companies, we manufacture as much of our equipment as possible here in the USA and assemble every SwiftPaws system ourselves. Taking this hands-on approach allows us to carefully inspect each product and ensure it meets the quality and performance standards we expect before it leaves our facility.
While this means we can't always ship as quickly as we'd like during periods of high demand, we believe the extra time is well worth it. Our commitment has always been to build products that provide years of fun and adventure for you and your pup—not to rush production at the expense of quality.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to get every order out the door. Our team is doing everything we can to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without compromising the craftsmanship and reliability you expect from SwiftPaws.

Our normal shipping timeframe:
Please allow 2-4 weeks for fulfillment of your order to accommodate for unforeseen delays. Place your order to allow for time to get to know the equipment - as there is a slight learning curve to getting the course set up and running. Especially if you are new to lure coursing, or have never seen a lure course set up.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is packed for shipping. The actual delivery date estimate will populate after the package is scanned by the shipper. 👍
