If you do not see a reply in your inbox from us in within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays - please do the following:
- search your email for "swiftpaws" - you might find our reply in another folder or even spam. Also check that you do not have a filter blocking our emails & be sure to allow emails from SwiftPaws.
- If you've attached a large file like a video - the email may not have been sent - instead upload videos to a cloud service and email us the link to access it 👍
- Finally, verify that our email address is correct, and please email us again👍
