Add a GEN3 home Original, home Plus, or Chase! device.
Note: GEN3 are App controlled devices which shipped after June 27th, 2024.
NOTE: The app will pair with the first, strongest signal it detects. So if more than one phone/tablet has the SwiftPaws app installed, be sure they are all completely closed by swiping up on the app on all other phones. Open only one (1) app and follow these steps.
- Turn on or Plug in the device depending on which one you have.
- Open the SwiftPaws app.
- Tap "Continue"
- Tap "Let's Play"
- Tap the area where it says "Add device"
- You can type in a name for the device or skip this step by tapping OK
- Tap the picture that appears (depending on what you have it will be Chase, Home Original, or Home Plus)
- Touch hold the "paw print" and keep your finger on the screen and slide it in either direction
- Stop touching the paw print to stop.
